We cannot accept returns on our products due to health and safety regulations. Please review the eligible issues below before raising a claim.

Time Limit for Claims

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for any claim or complaint. Claims raised after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and report any issues with photos and your order number.

Eligible Issues

We will provide appropriate assistance only for the following verified issues:

  • Damaged products received due to shipping mishandling
  • Expired products delivered — products past their expiry date
  • Wrong products delivered — item does not match your order

Resolution Options

Upon verification of your claim, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the product at no additional cost
  • Store credit applied to your account
  • Partial or full refund depending on the situation
